When deciding on how to hang your sheer curtains or mounting your Sheers, you have two options available:

1. Mount or Hang from the Roof
2. Mount or Hang from the wall/Window

Ceiling Mount for Sheers

Mounting your Sheers from the ceiling is our recommended method for hanging Sheer Curtains. A ceiling mount will create grandeur and height to your room and offers a beautiful floor to ceiling look.

Your curtain track will attach to the ceiling. If possible, you can screw the curtain track brackets directly into the studs or you can use the Hollow Wall anchor bolts that we provide to screw directly into the ceiling plasterboard.

A ceiling mount is a great option for straight-edged ceilings and can fit inside your cornices.

Wall Mount for Sheers

A wall mount sheer curtain is mounted on the wall or window frame. Wall mount sheer curtains offer several benefits and can be a practical and decorative choice for a variety of settings.

One benefit of wall mount sheer curtains is that they can help to create the illusion of a larger window or room, as they do not take up space above the window frame. This can make them a good option for smaller rooms or spaces with low ceilings. In addition to their practical benefits, wall mount sheer curtains can also add a decorative touch to a room. They can be hung at any desired height, allowing you to play with the scale and proportion of the window treatment and create a custom look.
